What's going on
The server is sending you a malicious file or triggering a man-in-the-middle attack. The latter is the most likely scenario. In this case, it is executing the program (a variant of java-based backdoor) once downloaded by tricking you into clicking a malicious link.
How to solve it
To prevent yourself from being tricked, you can disable Javascript in your browser or better yet, use a browser that you trust.

I had this issue today and got the same message. I used Avast AntiVirus 2015 and it removed the software.
I opened the software from where I downloaded it and clicked on the 'get it now' button. I then left the pc for about half an hour and came back to find the software had installed and was running.
